Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Advance Booking All sessions must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to properly prepare and hold intentional space for your reading. Deposit Requirement A non-refundable 10% deposit is required to secure your selected time slot. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of your session (details will be provided at booking). Location & Confidentiality (In-Person Sessions) In-person readings take place in a private, spiritually protected space within my residential home. The address will be provided in your confirmation email once your booking is secured. Out of respect for my privacy and safety, I kindly ask that this address remain confidential and not be shared with others. Recording Policy For in-person sessions, clients are welcome to capture photo, audio, or video recordings for personal reflection. I do not provide recordings for in-person readings. Any recordings made by the client must remain private and confidential, as sessions may contain sensitive personal information. Video message sessions include a full recorded video of your reading delivered to your email. This option does not include ongoing follow-up questions, as it can be difficult to re-enter and recalibrate the energetic space in a back-and-forth format once the reading is complete. Women-Only Policy My sessions are intentionally created as a spiritually aligned space for women. When I say women, I am referring to anyone who identifies as female. This space is centered on feminine energy rather than physical assignment at birth. If you identify as a woman and feel aligned with this container, you are welcome here. Maintaining this boundary allows me to hold the focused and protected environment I feel called to provide. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Deposits may be transferred once to a new date with sufficient notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit the deposit. No-shows will result in loss of deposit. Session Conduct All sessions are conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Any inappropriate behavior will result in the session being ended immediately without refund.
